No. The B2B Estimate Desk is a desktop estimate-writing service. Your company supplies and verifies the field scope, photos, measurements, and project information.
What is the standard turnaround?+
Our standard target is two business days after a complete file and any required approval or payment are received. Complex assignments get a confirmed timeline; rush work is subject to availability and added cost.
What does one revision include?+
One reasonable correction or clarification requested within five business days is included. Newly discovered damage, additional rooms or trades, changed measurements, or substantial scope expansion is quoted as added work.
Will you negotiate with the carrier?+
No. We do not act as a public adjuster, interpret coverage, negotiate claims, or contact an insurer as your representative. We prepare the estimate around the documented scope your company provides.
Can we send recurring volume?+
